Personal Checks Policy
We know that money can be tight at times, and to protect us from having to pay for boxes ordered because of a customer's insufficient funds, we have put the following policy in place.
- If a check is returned for insufficient funds, the church will contact the person for the money needed to cover the cost of what was ordered.
- The money due will need to be paid before food is recieved.
- Future orders will be limited to cash, money order, cashier's check, and food stamps (EBT) only. No personal checks will be accepted from that point on.
Forgotten Boxes Policy
We understand how things can happen, family emergenices, changing work schedules, miscommunication with another person, or you just plain forget. In any case, we find it necessary to put the following policy in place.
- We cannot take responsibility for the condition of the food that is left after pick up time has expired. Much of the food is frozen and may thaw or spoil.
- If we cannot reach you, your food may be donated to a charity or a family in need. We cannot refund you money.
- If you arrive and find that you purchase has been donated, please keep you receipt as a donation to charity for tax purpose.
- Unless you have made prior arrangements, please do not assume that we will hold your order.
